About Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill
This anime is all about a 27-year-old guy named Tsuyoshi Mukoda. Tsuyoshi is summoned by a kingdom in a world where sword skills and sorcery are everything. Thinking that his life will be full of adventures and fun now that he is summoned to another world, Tsuyoshi gets hit with a twist in his fate.
Soon enough, Tsuyoshi realizes that his summoning was a mistake on the part of the kingdom. The Kingdom summoned three heroes to protect them from some mysterious threat, and he was not even a part of the trio. He was just an extra guy.
He cannot even try to pursue becoming a hero as Naofumi did in “The Rising of the Shield Hero” because his stats were on rock bottom for a hero. So he drops all hope and goes on an adventure of his own in this new world he was summoned to.
The only thing useful he got in this world was the skill “Online Supermarket.” This skill allows Tsuyoshi to buy modern food items in an Isekai world. Tsuyoshi uses this skill in making appetizing dishes with all the ingredients that are available in a modern-day supermarket.
These delicious dishes made attracted the Legendary wolf Fenrir who, after eating one of his dishes, is so delighted that he immediately makes a contract with him and joins Tsuyoshi in his journey trying to lead a comfortable life in this insane world.
Tsuyoshi takes up the job of adventurer and merchant. He traveled all over the land and made mouth-watering delicacies for the people of this world. There is a catch, though, in this world. All the modern-day food he made had some absurd effects.
The studio responsible for the animation of this series is MAPPA. This anime is one of the few projects announced by MAPPA back in 2022, including Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2, Vinland Saga Season 2, Attack on Titan: Final Part, etc.
