Johnny Depp is part of an American rock band called ‘Hollywood Vampires,’ along with Joe Perry, Alice Cooper, and Tommy Henriksen. The band was going to perform on 30 May (Tuesday), 31 May (Wednesday), and 01 June 2023 (Thursday) in New Hampshire, Manchester, Boston and Bethel, and New York.
However, the group informed about Johnny’s ankle injury on Instagram the last Monday morning, stating that the doctors have prohibited him from traveling for a short term. Johnny is disappointed but dedicated to performing better in the rescheduled concert.

Johnny Depp formed an American rock supergroup called ‘Hollywood Vampires’ 2012 with Joe Perry and Alice Cooper in 2012. Cooper created a celebrity drinking club in the 1970s, which went by the same name, and Johnny Depp’s rock band got its name from that club. Tommy Henriksen joined them in 2022.
Talking about Johnny’s work in the band, he performs side guitar, backing and leading vocals, rhythm, and lead guitar. The band has released two albums, Hollywood Vampires in 2015 and Rise in 2019. The latest album will be ‘Rio’ in 2023.
It is not that Johnny did not perform after appearing in the 2023 Cannes Film Festival. Johnny’s chef found his fingertip on the kitchen floor. Later, Johnny confessed that he had cut it with a knife. It happened during his legal battle against Amber Heard. Earlier, he had said that his finger got cut when Amber threw a bottle at him.
Johnny does not consider his appearance in the latest film a comeback because he did not go anywhere. He does not live far away. It was only the people that did not contact him for an unknown fear. Otherwise, he was always there, according to his statement in Cannes. He has been working for thirty-five years and does not consider it a boycott from Hollywood.
The news related to Johnny’s injury spread like fire on social media, and he apologized to his fans. The 59-year-old actor informed about the injury on Instagram, stating that the fracture in his ankle worsened between his appearance in Cannes and the Royal Albert Hall. It is how several medical practitioners have prohibited him from attending any event.

The Hollywood Vampires’ European tour will include concerts in Romania, France, Bulgaria, and Turkey. The fans will get tickets for the new dates. Thus, upcoming concerts will take place at the Wang Theatre Boch Center (Boston) on 28 July 2023 (Friday), SNHU Arena (Manchester) on 29 July 2023 (Saturday), and Bethel Woods Center For The Arts (Bethel) on 30 July 2023 (Sunday). Thus, he will make it up for those who paid for the shows.
