In 1994, she was part of the British Junior National Team. Beth did her studies at the Queen’s School in Chester. In 2001, Tweddle won the British Senior National Championship for the first time. She was also a member of the City of Liverpool Gymnastics Club, which won the British Team Championships five times.
Elizabeth Kimberly Tweddle is the most successful gymnast from Great Britain, both male and female. She was a British national champion for consecutive seven times from 2001 to 2007. Beth continued to break records and became the first female gymnast of Great Britain to win medals in the Olympic Games, World Championship, and European Games.
