The Owl House Season 2 Episode 15 sees the show rewinding the clock to tell one of the stories from Eda’s teenage years. Before we move to that, recently on the show, Amity was quite determined to prove herself to her dad. A chance came in the form of Bonesborough Brawl. An underground battle tournament where her father was once a champion. Amity wanted to take part, but her father had different plans for her.

The Owl House Season 2 Episode 14 Recap
Previously in The Owl House Season 2, Luz’s attempt to make a portal continued, but this time it was a little weird. She was missing her mother and the human world. Meanwhile, Amity tried to convince her dad to let her participate in the Bonesborough Brawl. She wanted to become a champion just like her father.
Amity’s father didn’t care about her or the brawl and instead wanted her to go to the tryouts for Emperor’s coven. He even made a chaperone to take care of her. Luz felt Amity’s urge to be just like her father. She decided she would help her out. They sent the chaperone to bring back the most impossible thing ever while they participated in the brawl.
So Edric and Emira helped Amity to change her look completely. While Amity competed in the brawl, Eda tried to retrieve some castle gossip from one of the fighters in the brawl. On the other hand, Luz was acting weird every time her phone rang up, telling her about an event. To distract herself from the same, even she decided to join the tournament.

In a matter of time, Amity’s chaperone returned with a dagger he was ordered to bring. Luz tried to stop him but accidentally triggered its alarm system. Luz didn’t tell Amity what she did, but Amity’s father arrived soon and stopped her from participating in the final match. Realizing Luz lied to her, Amity ran away.
Ed was helping Eda to make Blabber Serum and went a little far ahead to target the soldier Eda wanted to. The soldier became a monster with Eda and Amity’s father fighting him. Meanwhile, Luz came clean to Amity that it was the day her father passed away. So she wanted to help her with her father. This brought them together again.
The Episode closes with Amity proving to her father that she is strong when she fights side by side with him. Eda told Ed that he could have a bright future in wild magic someday. Lastly, Luz and Amity celebrated the day with a ritual Luz used to do with her mother.

The Owl House Season 2 Episode 15 will release on 16 April 2022. It is titled “Them’s the Breaks, Kid”. The official synopsis of the Episode suggests we may go back in time to revisit one of Eda’s memories. She will be telling a story from her teenage years. The time she met Raine Whispers.
