Rebel Wolves has confirmed that New Game Plus is coming to The Blood of Dawnwalker, giving players a way to replay the vampire RPG while potentially carrying their progression into another run. Game director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz revealed the news during a Polish-language livestream, although he stopped short of providing a release window.
The announcement is particularly significant because The Blood of Dawnwalker is designed around replayability. Players have only 30 days and 30 nights to rescue Coen’s family, cz they cannot experience every quest, decision, and outcome lr a single run.
The Blood of Dawnwalker Is Getting New Game Plus
During a livestream on the PlayStation Polska YouTube channel, Tomaszkiewicz directly confirmed that Rebel Wolves plans to add the requested feature.
“New Game Plus, yes, it will be done,”
Tomaszkiewicz said. When the host asked whether that meant New Game Plus would actually be added, the director responded,
“There will be. But I won’t tell you when.”
The confirmation marks a notable change from earlier developer comments. Before launch, senior quest designer Patryk Fijałkowski said New Game Plus was “on the table” but was not active, explaining that the game’s unusual time system made implementing the feature more complicated than it would be in a conventional RPG.

A traditional New Game Plus mode would be especially useful in Dawnwalker because of how much content is tied to player choices. Coen’s decisions can alter quests, relationships and the game’s possible endings, while the 30-day structure forces players to prioritize certain activities over others.
NG+ Could Make Multiple Playthroughs Easier
At launch, The Blood of Dawnwalker does not have an official New Game Plus mode. Current guides and post-launch coverage confirm that completing the campaign sends players back to the menu rather than automatically starting a progression-carrying second run.
That makes Rebel Wolves’ confirmation important for players who want to explore more of the game’s branching content without starting their character’s progression from scratch every time. The exact elements that will carry over, however, have not yet been announced.
For now, players wanting to experience different outcomes have to rely on manual saves and separate playthroughs. A community-made New Game Plus mod already exists on PC, but that is separate from the official feature Rebel Wolves has now confirmed.
The studio has therefore answered one of the game’s most requested post-launch questions, but players will have to wait for further details before knowing exactly how New Game Plus will work.
