And what we can tell you is that Lawrence’s crew is keen on it. Scrubs Cast Reunion On The Possibility Of A Revival
When asked about the possibility of a revival, every member gave their two cents, considering the technical aspects of it. Firstly, Scrubs’ creator has his hands tied on another project for Apple TV+, the successful comedy series Ted Lasso. Secondly, the most important input came from Donald Faison, who played Turk on the Emmy Award-winning series, when he said that though the entire cast wants a reboot and work again, the show couldn’t be a full season.
And that’s when another bomb dropped out of Faison’s mouth when hinting at the possibility of a Scrubs movie. Then, Bill Lawrence picked up on several thoughts concerning the possibility of the return of the series to different formats. What’s more important for the man behind Ted Lasso is the esprit de corps of the cast and just how excited people could be about the shadow the possibility of watching everybody have another run at Sacred Heart Hospital.

Lawrence: We’re Gonna Do It
When pushed into the conversation about the details behind this topic. Bill Lawrence acquiesced and simply said “We’re gonna do it”. And thunderous applause and cheers flooded the room with emotion. Since the actors are so close since the decade after the show’s conclusion, the possibility of creating a reboot becomes a very solid thing. Moreover, the Scrubs cast is so tight that Zach Braff and Donald Faison have a podcast together. How cool is that?
