Palworld recorded an increase in PC cafe playtime in South Korea during the second week of October 2026, according to weekly gaming statistics published by THE LOG. The creature-collecting survival game was among several titles that attracted more playtime between October 5 and 11, although the report did not specify its exact growth percentage or ranking change.
According to THE LOG’s PC cafe statistics, total PC cafe playtime across South Korea reached approximately 15.84 million hours during the tracking period. That represented a 5.8% increase from the previous week and an 8.1% rise compared with the previous month. However, playtime remained 19.7% lower than the same period a year earlier.
ARC RAIDERS LEADS WEEKLY PLAYTIME GROWTH
While Palworld experienced a week-over-week increase, ARC Raiders recorded the most dramatic growth among major games tracked in the report. Its PC cafe playtime surged by 618.9%, helping it climb 54 positions to rank 25th in the weekly standings.
The increase followed the release of the Frozen Trail update on October 8. Described as the game’s largest update since launch, it introduced substantial new content and helped push ARC Raiders’ daily PC cafe ranking to 16th place over the weekend.

Other games also recorded gains during the week. Roblox playtime increased by 25%, moving it up one position to seventh place, while Lineage saw a 21.7% increase following its Golden Desert: Avella update. Overwatch playtime rose by 12% after the launch of its fifth Dark Creed season, which introduced the new hero Doctrine and an Escort map.
Palworld was among the other titles that registered increased PC cafe playtime, alongside Counter-Strike 2 and Cyphers. The report did not provide individual figures for these games, so the scale of Palworld’s increase cannot be determined from the published data.
THE LOG attributed broader gains across several popular titles partly to public holidays and substitute holidays in South Korea. The figures offer a snapshot of PC cafe activity rather than a complete measure of each game’s global player base.
