As most series wrap up on television this month, it’s time for NCIS: Los Angeles Season 13 Episode 22 to conclude as well. The long-running crime procedural series of the crime-solving bunch reaches —yet another— season finale, and more intricate plots come up as they develop further the characters.
What goes down in NCIS: LA’s latest episode down is that Callen’s search ensues, all while Deeks and Kensi’s adoption moves on in a happy direction. Moreover, if you’re wondering if there will be a season 14 of this show, the answer is yes! Season 14 is happening! Now, without further ado, let’s begin with this episode.
NCIS: Los Angeles Season 13 Episode 22 Recap
Some thieves robbed a casino and used a vehicle that the robbers had modified to transport weaponry. It was capable of firing bullets and even grenades. It stole an automobile while fleeing the site of the crime. However, the guy who looted the establishment was not in the vehicle. They operated it from a distance while speaking through the new vehicle’s speaker. A simple bank job!
It would be difficult to find this person because the vehicle managed to flee with bags of money, and there was no indication where it went or who was driving it at the time of the crime. It might be owned by one individual and used to rob a casino by another. There’s no telling, and it was up to NCIS to figure it out.
Armed To The Teeth
NCIS was called in because the ammunition and grenades used were military weapons. They had no business being on the streets, let alone being used by their thief or thieves. However, it took a minute for the crew to receive the call concerning work. Before accepting that call, the entire staff took some much-needed time off. Deeks and Kensi were informed that they had been approved to be Rosa’s foster parents.
Missing
Arkady missed Callen’s kidnapping because he was on a bender with a new girlfriend. It took him three days to examine his messages and discover that Callen was in danger and had been rescued. He informed Callen he was relieved he was fine. He also gave them flavored vodka to celebrate. That was characteristic of Arkady. Arkady didn’t say anything in front of Ana, but he might have changed his mind about giving Callen his blessing to propose, and Callen only needed to get him alone to find out. When the call came in, the group was drinking vodka. Callen was on leave since he had gone through a traumatic experience.
Late Call
However, everyone else arrived. When the call came in, Fatima was assisting Roundtree with his dating profile, and she continued to help him even as they began their investigation. It comes out that their remote-controlled vehicle was either provided by someone stealing military weaponry or was backed by an arms dealer. Admiral Kilbride provided the crew with the name of a local arms dealer in Los Angeles. Nina Barnes was her name. She operates a bakery and teaches cake design. One of which Deeks and Kensi interrupted to seek her assistance in determining who carried out the heist. Nina, on the other hand, was quite frightening.
Knowledge
She was well-versed in her field and had contacts all around the world. She even spoke numerous languages and could communicate with everyone in their dialect. Nina informed the squad that she would soon find out who brought the grenade launcher into LA. She was going about her business while Sam dressed up as Switch. Callen, who had had enough of his break, joined him.
He stepped in despite Sam’s advice and became Switch’s life coach. They coerced a rival gang leader into assisting them. The man responded to their questions. He claimed that the remote-controlled UTV was disguised on public streets by concealing itself in a much larger carry-on vehicle. As a result, the team was given a name.
Potential
Faria was the name. Faria had a connection to Jacob Griffiths and Gordon Casella. The final two were both engineers who exchanged another UTV for a grenade launcher, and the squad discovered that they had purchased a building jointly. Kensi and Deeks entered the structure. Griffiths was found dead, with no trace of Casella. Casella, as it happened, had been kidnapped by Faria.
Faria recognized the potential of UTVs. He swapped one for a grenade launcher and began robbing casinos with his one remaining UTV, which he had Casella handle. And when Sam was surrounded, Faria refused to surrender, forcing Sam to kill him before Faria could reach his gun. However, after rescuing Casella, the crew threw a beach BBQ for Rosa. It was a lovely way to welcome her to the NCIS family, and Arkady even turned up. It’s also fortunate that everyone was present because Callen later proposed to Ana. And she replied, “Yes.”
