The Flight Attendant Season 2 Episode 3 takes the mystery Cassie is solving in another direction. Cassie has been working as a civilian asset for the CIA. But she decided to take matters into her own hands when she came across a doppelganger of hers who was committing crimes. For the time being, Cassie has kept the images in Viewmaster 3D and her doppelganger case aside.
At this point, decoding Megan’s message she received in the last Episode from Megan’s son was more important, and Cassie decided to prioritize the same. This saw her taking an immediate flight to Reykjavik, where she had to cross paths with a familiar face while finding her friend Megan. Amidst all of this, Esteban and Gabrielle were keeping a close eye on Max and Annie and were ready to make their first move. Let’s find out what went down.
The Flight Attendant Season 2 Episode 3 Recap
The Flight Attendant Season 2 Episode 3 saw Cassie breaking down Megan’s code which brought her to the conclusion that Megan wants her to bring the puffin keychain to Reykjavik. The next morning Cassie tried to catch the first flight to Reykjavik after bidding adieu to Annie. In order to get to that flight, she had to make a deal with Carol.
Still, the problems didn’t end there as she found Shane on the same flight. Cassie managed to make up a reason for a visit to Reykjavik. After dealing with Shane, who was still suspicious of her, Cassie visited all the places where she used to hang out with Megan. But no use. It was a matter of time before Shane and Cassie could cross marks as they were ending up at the same checkpoints.

Someone used Cassie’s credit card to buy all the things one needs for kidnapping and killing. Cassie got the notification and freaked out. Eventually, Shane decided to confront her and tell her that he knew it had something to do with Megan. He has been trying to connect to her too. He warned her about Hak, who is also after Megan, and if Cassie doesn’t stop, she might end up dead.
During an AA meeting, Cassie came across a man who might know Megan. He told her about a place where Cassie worked, and soon Cassie reunited with Megan. But Megan was not really happy to see her as she believed she walked in to die.
Amidst all of this, Max and Annie went to have breakfast with Max’s parents while they also tried to solve the mystery of the Viewmaster images. Things went bad when Annie realized that Max and his parents were thinking way ahead about their relationship. Esteban and Gabrielle kept an eye on them. Eventually, at the end of the Episode, they invaded their house to knock them out.
The Flight Attendant Season 2 Episode 3 Review
The Flight Attendant Season 2 Episode 3 was a journey of Cassie to Reykjavik that originated from Megan’s code she misinterpreted. It seems like Megan had a different message for her, and we may find out in the next Episode.
Apart from that, Cassie’s impersonater has continued to haunt her throughout the Episode even though we had only one glimpse where this impersonator used Cassie’s credit card to buy things that one will require to kidnap or kill someone.
Coming to Esteban and Gabrielle, for a minute, we believed that Gabrielle might be Cassie’s impersonator. Since the very beginning of the Season, the couple has kept a keen eye on her. Now, the third Episode opened up with them dying their hair blonde, which was crazy and weird.
Still, the show has continued to hide the reason why they are chasing Cassie. The fourth Episode might answer the same. They might be interrogating Annie and Max to figure out where Cassie disappeared.
Talking about Max and Annie, the subplot in the Episode saw their relationship falling apart. Annie had early signs believing that it was moving too fast. So she decided to remove the ring on her finger as she was ready to meet Max’s parents. The meeting and breakfast itself told that Annie, Max, and her parents don’t see eye to eye about this relationship for now.
Similarly, for now, Cassie’s feelings for Marco are something we don’t have a clue about. For now, she didn’t bother to contact him despite Annie asking her to. It’s obvious that the mission is too important. But as Annie said, if they are going to get serious, she needs to come clean to him.
