BOYS PLANET 2023 is a sequel to the Mnet reality survival competition show in the year 2021 named Girls Planet 999. Girls Planet 999 gave birth to a new south K-pop group i.e. Kep1er. The nine participants winning the survival show and entered the group were Kim Chae-hyun, Huening Bahiyyih, Choi Yu-jin, Kim Da-yeon, Seo Young-eun, Kang Ye-seo, Hikaru Ezaki, Mashiro Sakamoto, and Shen Xiaoting.
Kim Chae-hyun was positioned at number one. Mnet is always up with new survival programs that grasp the attention of the audience. Mnet has never disappointed viewers and has engaged the audience and definitely made a fan base for k-pop survival programs. Various K-pop reality survival programs released recently are Road to Kingdom (2020), Queendom (2019), Kingdom: The Legendary War (2021), Queendom 2 (2022), and so on.
The survival shows gave us the best and greatest artists ever. Boys Planet 2022, too, will take us close to the k-pop world. The Premise of the Show
BOYS PLANET 2023, released under Mnet, is currently airing on Mnet is a reality survival competition. This time Mnet is back with something which has a new concept and is more global and does not limit it only to Korea or Asian countries.
This unique concept consists of two groups Group K meaning all the K-pop wannabes from their original country, Korea and Group G, consisting of all the K-pop wannabes from all over the world, which means globally. Each group: Group K and Group G, consist of 48 members. Altogether, there are 98 members competing with each other. This time the competition is already global, so fans worldwide are rooting for them.
Now, let us know how to reach the contestants or how one can vote for their favorite contestant. One can go to the official Mnet site or download the Mnet plus application on mobile phones and go to the which is the BOYS PLANET official application. Connect to the BOYS PLANET voting page and pick nine contestants irrespective of their groups and then press the submit button and confirm it. Doing this will submit your votes. 50 percent of the votes will be from Korea, and the Global votes will make up for the remaining 50 percent. The votes will be then added and converted into final scores. The first global voting will end on 24 February 2023 at 10 p.m. KST.
The viewers are called the “Star Creators” who will offer their precious votes to the desired contestant to create a Star Contestant, the winner of the show with the eight others. All the contestants first enter the house, and they are told to stick the stars to the name tag given to them regardless of the space provided according to their confidence and skill level and the talent they think they have in them.
And then, the judges or the masters on the panel will judge the contestants for their choice of stars they made. And according to their potential, the stars will be taken from them or given all stars. The panel is the master of their field. One of the best is chosen for this reality survival competition.
