Moon Knight Episode 2 will release next week with the titular hero responding to Harrow’s attacks. During the first Episode’s final events, a Jackal from Harrow’s side came very close to beating the ever-living frenetic confoundment out of Steven Grant. Thankfully, the museum gift shop employee kind of came to terms with his condition. Although reluctant at first, he eventually trusted his alter Marc with dealing with this new ferocious foe. We’ll be seeing more of where the fight ended in the next Episode.
Moon Knight is Marvel’s latest TV series for the Disney+ streaming platform. The show follows the titular superhero who dwells in a man with multiple identities intact in one body. Steven Grant, a regular guy who’s employed at an Egyptian museum, must deal with the realization that he’s suffering from Disassociative Identity Disorder and that his alters include a mercenary Marc Spector, a mystical being called Mr. Knight, and an avatar for Egyptian god Khonshu called Moon Knight.
Let’s now delve into all that Episode 2 of Moon Knight might entail. Spoilers ahead!
What Will Happen in the Next Episode?
Episode 2 will pick up after the thrilling final events of the premiere Episode. At the end of the first Episode, Steven Grant ends up giving control of his body to Marc Spector — his other alter. With the Jackal that Harrow let loose approaching close, Moon Knight completes the transformation within an inch of a difference. However, as soon as he does, he batters the Jackal to a pulp. Unfortunately, we don’t get to see Moon Knight in action after that brief off-screen pummeling.
We almost don’t get to see him in action at all in the first Episode. Episode 2 will surely fill that action deficit that the premiere created. Meanwhile, Steven will have to start coming to terms with his DID. Although he gave his body control in the end, he still has much to grapple with in terms of what his condition is and who his other alters are, and what he’s done in the past, among other pressing questions. We might even get some backstories or how Steven came into possession of Khonshu’s powers and became Moon Knight.
Moon Knight Episode 2 Release Date & Watch Online
Moon Knight Episode 2 will release on April 6, 2022. It will be premiere on Disney+ at 3:00 am ET. Since the show is a Disney+ exclusive, you can’t watch it anywhere else since the streamer holds the exclusive rights to it. Beau DeMayo, Peter Cameron, and Sabir Pirzada have written the teleplay, while Mohamad Diab has helmed the Episode.
Following the second Episode, there will be only four Episodes left in what’s being called a miniseries right now. With a total of six Episodes set to release, each new one premieres on the streamer every week on Wednesdays. Episodes have an average runtime of about 45-50 minutes. The miniseries finale is set to release on May 4, 2022.
