Konohagakure’s Third Hokage was Hiruzen Sarutobi. Hiruzen was a great ninja revered as a “Shinobi who knows all the jutsu of Konoha” and the teacher of the preceding two Hokage of the village. He and Danzo had been good friends since he was a young boy.
