Paramount+ has just released the official trailer for the much-anticipated second season of Tulsa King, the crime drama starring Oscar-nominated actor Sylvester Stallone. The show is written by Taylor Sheridan, known for Yellowstone, 1883, and Mayor of Kingstown.
To add to the excitement, Grammy-nominated country star Jelly Roll makes a special cameo appearance, with his unreleased song “Get By” featured in the trailer. The season premiere is set for Sunday, September 15, and will be available both in the U.S. and internationally.
Season 2 picks up right where the intense first season left off. Dwight “The General” Manfredi (played by Stallone) and his team have gained control over Tulsa’s criminal scene. Just as they begin to feel secure, new challenges arise.
The Kansas City mob is looking to expand into Tulsa, while a powerful local businessman is unhappy with Dwight’s growing influence. The stakes are raised as Dwight faces multiple threats, balancing his duties to his family and crew while dealing with unresolved issues from his past in New York.
This season focuses more on Dwight’s character, highlighting the conflict between his old-school mafia values and the modern challenges he faces in a new environment. As danger looms around every corner, viewers can expect a mix of action, dark humor, and gripping drama, which has become the show’s trademark.
Who Else is in Tulsa King?
Returning alongside Stallone is a talented cast that helps bring Tulsa King to life. Martin Starr, Jay Will, Max Casella, Vincent Piazza, Tatiana Zappardino, and Annabella Sciorra all reprise their roles.
New faces joining the show include Neal McDonough, Frank Grillo, Domenick Lombardozzi, Andrea Savage, Garrett Hedlund, and Dana Delany.
As mentioned earlier, Jelly Roll also makes a special appearance, and his unreleased track “Get By” from his upcoming album adds a gritty, soulful touch to the trailer.
Keep checking back with Otakukart for more updates on Tulsa King, and be sure to tune in on September 15 for what promises to be a thrilling continuation of Dwight Manfredi’s journey in Tulsa.
