Sasaki and Miyano is placed at the number 10 spot of our winter 2022 list and is your classic tale of romance but with a twist. Well, this anime shows two boys start spending time together. Miyano is shown as an over-analyzer. He tends to think more rather than just doing whatever he wants. Apart from the other problems, the two deal with tribulations that come with being high school students.

It carried on from its season one premise that showed a high school student Hajime Nagumo who gets teased with his relationship with class idol Kaori.
Like every isekai, our main protagonist gets his stunning powers with a weird twist. After jumping to another world, Hajime only gains common alchemical magic. It was after he goes “Main character mode” in the dungeon he was left behind that he gets too powerful.
The recent episode of season two showed Hajime in a very bad state along with Yue, who was constantly shaking him to wake up. In a second or so, they get attacked but get saved by Shea and Tio, who made a protective barrier. With the attack stopping the demon, that demon makes his appearance wondering how someone survived Uranus’s Breath. Hajime, who just gets up, learns that he’s talking to Freid Bagwa.
Freid later goes on to challenge them to remove all the obstacles on the way. With Hajime asking his friends for help to beat him, admitting that he cannot defeat him alone, they make up a plan to take down the obedient Apostle of God. Later on, we see Tio transform into the black dragon and manage to escape. In shock, Freid came to notice that the dragon was originally injured and decided to make good of the opportunity. But before he could do anything, Hajime cast a spell that made Freid and his army get caught up in a blast. Well, we still don’t know if they survived or not.

2. Kimetsu no Yaiba: Yuukaku-hen (Demon Slayer: Entertainment District Arc)
Bagging the second place on the list, we have Demon Slayer: Entertainment District Arc. The anime is still ongoing but has entered its final phase. The story picks on from the tragedies of the Mugan train, where we said goodbye to our guy, the Flame Hashira Kyojuro Rengoku. Our three protagonists, even after their time of recovery, start their journey with a heavy heart.
Their mission this time was to battle the upper rank six demons who were terrorizing the Entertainment district. On their journey, this time was The flamboyant Sound pillar Tengen Usui, who was on a separate journey to find his three wives who went missing while surviving the demon in the entertainment district. Hoping for the best, Tengen lets Tanjirou Kamado, Zenitsu Agatsuma, and Inosuke Hashibira search each corner of the district as maids to find either one of his wives of the demon themselves.
Coming up to the recent episode, we finally can see the light of hope when Tengen reveals the only way to defeat the Upper rank 6 demon siblings, and that was to cut off their heads simultaneously. Episode 8 saw a lot of action and drama going back and forth between the slayers and demons. The end of episode eight saw one of Uzui’s wives blasting a wave of kunai, which stopped Gyutaro from regenerating.
Last week, we got another banger episode which showed Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke successfully able to cut off Daki’s head. But moments later, we get a heart-stopping glimpse of the brother demon laying waste to all the slayers, and now their life is in grave danger. Well, that can only be said for Zeke, as what’s going on inside Eren’s mind is still a mystery.
