The Villains of Valley View Season 2 is making its way to small screens this week, and the Maddens, who are not only viewed as villains by superheroes but also as enemies by other villains, will have more adventures as they try to navigate their regular lives and their villainous superhero statuses.
As you know, in this show, the Maddens are not truly evil but feel they have to be villains because they don’t fit the traditional definition of a good person. Amy and her family will struggle with not fitting in anywhere.
As Amy develops good qualities while staying true to herself, she may realize that she doesn’t fit the hero or villain label and doesn’t have to be either. She won’t want to be a superhero but won’t tolerate true evil either; that’s where we left off in the debut season, but let’s see what’s in store ahead of the sophomore season debut!
The Villains Of Valley View Season 2 Preview
In this season, and judging from what we saw in the debut season and in the trailer, we’re going to see more about Amy, and her future decision about whether to become the leader of all villains or not. She might accept the position temporarily but it seems as though Amy could try to be both the leader and a normal girl, struggling with her identity as she goes back and forth between her normal life and her villainous form.
Onyx and a new villain shown in the trailer, are targeting the Madden family and they are surprised that the villains are turning on each other, as they expected the villains to stick together.
The Maddens may never go back to working for the League of Villains, even if given a second chance, because they realize they aren’t as evil as they thought. It’s Amy will discover she can be herself without conforming to a specific role. Also, Season 2 will show more of the Madden family’s life in Centropolis, offering a glimpse into the challenges and hidden dark side of being a villain. From the debut season, we come with the understanding that being a villain can lead to isolation and being an outcast even among other villains if one doesn’t comply with the villain’s rules.
