The Blood of Dawnwalker Gets Its First Major Discount, Dropping to $59.49 on PS5 and Xbox

The Blood of Dawnwalker has received its first major discount since launching, with the 2026 vampire RPG currently available for $59.49 on PS5 and Xbox, down from its standard $69.99 price. The 15% discount is part of Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days promotion, which runs through October 7. 

The discount arrives just over a month after the game launched, making it a notable price drop for players who have been waiting for the game’s $69.99 launch price to fall. The deal applies to the standard physical release, while The Blood of Dawnwalker Day One Edition is also available at the same $59.49 price according to current deal listings. 

DAWNWALKER GETS ITS FIRST SIGNIFICANT PRICE CUT

Developed by Rebel Wolves and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment, The Blood of Dawnwalker launched on September 3 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. It is the studio’s debut game and the first entry in a planned original saga. 

The game takes players to Vale Sangora, a fictional region inspired by the Carpathian Mountains. Players control Coen, a young man transformed into a Dawnwalker who remains human during the day and becomes a vampire at night. His supernatural transformation is directly tied to the game’s central narrative and gameplay systems.

Rather than giving players unlimited time to complete every quest, Dawnwalker places Coen under a strict deadline as he attempts to rescue his family. The day-and-night cycle also changes how players approach combat, exploration, and certain objectives.

The discount is particularly notable because The Blood of Dawnwalker received strong reviews following its August 31 review embargo. 

Northup described the game as his “new favorite vampire game” and highlighted how its limited-time structure creates pressure around the player’s decisions. 

Rebel Wolves has also continued supporting the game after launch. The studio previously showcased its directional combat, traversal, magic systems, and different gameplay approaches available during the day and night. 

At $59.49, The Blood of Dawnwalker is only $10.50 below its regular price, but this remains its first major discount since launch. For players who were interested in Rebel Wolves’ debut but were unwilling to pay full price, the Prime Big Deal Days promotion provides an early opportunity to pick up the vampire RPG for less.
