The first installment focuses on a law-abiding citizen’s quest to find the motivation to cross the street. The issue is that the traffic light will not change. As the story begins, photos introduce us to the main character’s ancestors. They have been dealing with weak eyesight for generations. The man sees a pigeon crossing the road without any worry. The man is confused as to why he cannot do the same.
Whenever he succeeds, the traffic light changes, prolonging his wait. Our main character gets angry and pushes the button. We see that even the light is stopping him from crossing the road. With no option left, the man starts stomping toward the light and yells at it, “stop.” In return, the man goes flies in the air and crashes into the exact place he wants to be. But this time, his suitcase is not with him. He looks at the suitcase and then the light, which is seen mocking him.
Short Circuit Season 2 Episode 2
The second episode is titled “Going Home.” The motive here is to explain how growing up changes your life and everything around you. The story begins with a young man who arrives at his hometown via train. A young lad who visits his hometown multiple times a year observes that nothing remains the same. He makes sure he visits his parents every season. The sadness hits him when he sees the people and places changing.
He feels as if something about him has changed. Eventually, his parents become old, and even the dog disappears. Ultimately, he loses both his dad and mom. At the last minute of the episode, he comes with his own family to sell the house.
Short Circuit Season 2 Episode 3
The show’s third installment is titled “No 2 to Kettering” and is helmed by Liza Rhea. This part of the series tells the story of a girl’s journey about learning the power of laughter. Laughter and smiles can light up even the dullest moments during her school bus ride. A cute little girl takes a bus on a stormy day. She is dressed in vibrant colors, while the other bus riders are dressed in dull and depressing shades.
The chirpy girl wants to interact with the driver and her co-passengers. Unfortunately, everyone on that bus except that girl looks depressed and disinterested in talking. Suddenly, a baby touches the girl’s hat and tears a flower stitched on it. The baby also imitates the girl’s voice, and the mom starts laughing. The color of happiness is restored. Then we see everyone joining in on the fun.
Short Circuit Season 2 Episode 4
The fourth installment, Dinosaur Barbarian, is directed by Kim Hazel. This story is about a dinosaur known for fighting off monsters and is deemed a superhero—a hilarious take on humanizing animals. Dinosaur misses paying his electricity bill because he is too busy saving the town. When he musters the courage to ask his crush out, She rejects him, saying he smells terrible.
The super-dino will now do the most challenging task-bathing and cleaning up. The aim here is that the balance needs to be maintained.
Short Circuit Season 2 Episode 5
The fifth chapter centers on a fox. He scours an underground tunnel and comes across a beast. They notice a blue light, and the fox gets frightened as the blue light moves closer to him. The fox’s body starts to crack, and another beast-like creature emerges after the skin falls off. Both start making weird noises, and it looks like they are fighting.
They both begin making noises, and after a time, they look exhausted. After getting tired, they start hugging each other, and we see a bright green light indicating peace.
