Episode 19 starts with Jen crafting a spear for Ken, made from Red Oak ash and God magic, capable of killing Hope. Meanwhile, Hope confronts Ken and challenges him to combat, which he eagerly accepts. It’s not just this battle that he’s busy with, though, as he activates the curse of the werewolf students. This leads to a whole lot of chaos as the final showdown commences. MG dies sealing the werewolves away in tunnels while Alaric has to kill Jed in self-defense. Meanwhile, Cleo goes to kill Ken’s family, but Jen stops her. Jed, MG, and Kaleb meet Landon in Limbo, asking him to resurrect them.
He agrees. However, this would also mean that he’d receive a curse rendering him incapable of empathy. Hope and Aurora clash, but like we saw it coming, they eventually make peace with each other. Aurora gives her life to save Hope from the spear. Finally, Hope and Cleo team up and take down Ken, impaling him with his spear. While Ethan arrives in Limbo, Hope and Lizzie, who were saved by Ethan, bid farewell to Aurora with a Viking funeral. The episode ends with everyone celebrating the victory.
