We finally see that Park Moondae and his team, Moon Rabbit have entered the final stage but things are really not looking good for them. On the surface level, sure they are doing good but is that really the case? First of all, Lee Sejin got accused of some school violence which is pretty damning for any idol in this industry.
However, did Lee Sejin even do the things he has been accused of? Well, no, but jealous people have no issues in making things up which can drag someone else down. Sejin was getting popular so some rivals probably made up some things to bring his image down.
However, this was pretty fatal for not only Sejin as a trainee but also to the overall team of Moon Rabbit. We all know netizens are quick to jump ship and condemn someone even if there is not sufficient proof for it. Similarly, netizens were pretty fast in boycotting Moon Rabbit because of false claims.
We are all pretty anxious about Moondae’s situation now because the agency doesn’t seem to have any plans about focusing on him at all. He was being used as an oddball comedic relief to factor in some eccentric figures and make the show a little more interesting overall.

Recap
In the previous chapter of Debut or Die, there’s a whole monologue about Moondae’s fans and their reaction. There was a bunch of discussion in Park Moondae’s anonymous fan community about the team Moon Rabbit’s upcoming performance and stuff.
Well, since they are Moondae’s fans, of course, they were waiting for him to make an appearance. Sadly, they actually had to wait forty minutes before Moondae showed up and his role wasn’t even that big, to say the least. However, fans looked happy because team Moon Rabbit looked like they were very close to each other.
Well, it is no surprise because what we see on screen is rarely the reality for any celebrity or idol. Also, Lee Sejin’s bullying and school violence rumors were getting buried but Moon Rabbit had already lost its overall hype now.
There was no way to prove Sejin was innocent because the CCTV cameras miraculously stopped working that day. That is why, there was a good amount of lukewarm reaction about the overall situation. Also, Park Moonda and Eugene seemed to work together to make a character development video for Eugene.
Sure it was cute but Moondae was again not the main focus. He was being treated as the quirky factor to keep things interesting but things would lead nowhere unless he got some kind of character evolution, too. Now, it was time for the final stage and Moondae had to debut or die.
