The official website for the Dahlia in Bloom anime series has announced its premiere in Japan starting July 6 at 21:00 JST. Accompanying this news are a charming new trailer, a second key visual, and the introduction of Ken Narita as Carlo Rosetti in the cast. The trailer teases the enchanting ending theme song “Glitter,” performed by Marina Horiuchi.
On June 7, the production committee addressed concerns about the potential involvement of a North Korean Production Company in the animation process, following reports initially raised by 38 North. The committee conducted a thorough investigation into subcontracting practices, revealing complex chains of outsourcing involving Chinese companies. Subsequently, parts of the production were remade with Japanese oversight to ensure quality and compliance.
