When it comes to seeing our favorite anime characters in live-action, it actually makes us happy and sad both at the same time. Anime adaptations are known to get flopped because it limits the character’s potential and storytelling method. Sometimes the actor can’t perfectly portray the anime characters that we love. Kakegurui-Compulsive Gambler is a 2019 Japanese film, adapted by the manga and famous anime Kakegurui. It is directed by Hayato Kawai and distributed by GAGA pictures. This movie performed above the fan’s expectation. This movie is based on a simple plot which is, There is a Hyakkaou Private Academy which is the best academy for gambling. The students are ranked on their gambling skills. One day, Yumeko Jabami, a transfer student, comes to the academy and quickly shows what she has got in gambling.

Every anime hardcore fan must be aware of Ichigo Kurasaki. The anime is a massive hit all over the world. The movie was released on Netflix on September 14, 2018. The concept of the movie is similar to what we have seen in anime. The one we are talking about here is Japanese version that release much earlier than Netflix’s adaptation. The movie remains true to the show, and the acting by all the creators are just on another level. The chemistry between Light Yagami and Misa Amane is a must-watch for all anime and manga fans. The VFX looks little bit old, but it won’t matter because the others things are on par.

Alita: Battle Angel is another super hit anime adaptation. This movie follows manga from too close and a pure justice to the show. The portrayal by the actors are lively and keeps the pacing of the show very well connected. The story telling is another thing which you will appreciate. The VFX and music is well produced and gives us the vibes according to the scene. Even if you are not an anime fan and just give this movie a try, you can watch it as it does not have any pre-requisites.

This is another masterpiece anime adaptation related to Ping Pong, a table tennis anime. On paper, it may just be a table tennis match, but it feels like a fight between the characters, thanks to VFX and music. The movie is well-paced and true justice to the show.
