Synopsis
It’s the year 2012, and Su Zaizai, a lively and playful girl, is a new transfer student at Yucai middle school. Zaizai was known to not pay attention to boys as much, and she, too, never particularly trusted a guy or liked them enough, but things changed when she transferred schools.
On her very first day, she met Zhang Lu Rang, who was pretty popular among his classmates and had a cold yet cool personality. Seeing him made Zai Zai fall instantly in love with him. She found Lu Rang so attractive. She knew she had to make her first move before it was too late, and she tried getting to know him better.
Zhang Lu Rang looked extremely confident to others, which added to his attractiveness, but in reality, he doubted himself a lot. Although he excelled in his studies and had the privilege of coming from a rich household, Lu Rang’s mother constantly compared him to his younger brother Zhang Lu Li.
The frequentness of it lowered Lu Rang’s self-esteem and gnawed at him from the inside. This made him keep things to himself and refrain from making a lot of friends- giving him a distant personality. He replies politely to those who talk to him, but overall is rather introverted with his guard up.
