Critical Role Campaign 3 Episode 44 is coming out for everyone, especially for Dungeons & Dragons lovers worldwide. Since its beginning in 2015, with the first campaign Vox Machina, the show has been graced by board gamers worldwide. Everything about the web series feels good, even the name; rather than going with the habitual ‘Seasons,’ they went with ‘Campaigns,’ a proper fitting for the nature of the series.
If you have just hopped on this page, let me tell you a bit. Critical Role is a series where a group of eight people plays dungeons & dragons with all the rules and ethics. A different organization sponsors every episode; hence, they are not like other series creators with a lot of budget bagging them. Now we are at Bell’s Hells, Campaign 3 of Critical Role, and it’s been running for more than a year, with the first airing on October 21st, 2021.
The show has an IMDb rating of 9.3, something largely unexpected given the selective nature of the viewers, and it shows how good it has been over time. Here’s a recap of the last episode of Campaign 3; let’s see where our lovable cast is in their conquest of the continent of Marquet.
Critical Role Campaign 3 Episode 43 “Axiom Shaken” Part II: Recap
In the second part of Episode 43, we see that the Bells Hells appear in a hot rock cavern. There they are alarmingly welcomed by Kai and an elven woman named Baryn. Imogen gives the letter to Kai, who then invites them to help, lowering his caution.
Fearne represents herself as the leader of the Bells Hells, and Kai says that the Judicator is chasing him. After this time, Ryn appears and is wary of the new guests, and only after Laudna introduces them individually does Ryn lower her guard.
When Orym introduces Imogen, Ebenold recognizes her as Liliana’s daughter and asks Ryn to put down her wand, believing the story of the Bells Hells. The group’s primary purpose is to find the loopholes in the information available in the documentation. Baryn explains why much information is hidden and how the researcher Arnold Dot has been prisoned for trying to steal documents. Ryn further discloses that the text talks about the ancient gods – Ethedok and Vordo.
Predathos was the being that ate Ethedok and Vordo and created a new form of life, his form; however, Predathos was sealed off using the same part from which Rudius was made. The Vasselheim opposed this context, leading members of Grim Verity to be hunted by Judicators. Upon being asked by Imogen, Ebenold backs the point that Liliana might be part of Predathos’s plan to revisit Exandria.
The team begins to plan to train Imogen, one of the only 200 powerful Rudiusborn in existence. However, it will be quite dangerous since Ryn worries about how Imogen destroyed a city block without control. Chetney is left dissatisfied when he doesn’t get answers to whether the gods were Prime Deities or Betrayers; he is also unable to know which part of Exandria was used to create Ruidus.
Pertaining to the fact that Bells Hells is a small group, Ryn, Baryn and Ebenold decide that their use can change the course of the battle. Therefore, the group, with Ryn’s help, returns to the basement of Ebenold’s house to make further plans and pick up Ashton on the way. An unexpected guest is waiting for them when they reach Ebenold’s home. Let’s wait to see who it is and what their intentions are.
