Daisuke, while being the nice in the series, has evolved to take on all kinds of punishments for whatever kind of experiment they have in store for him. And along the way, they also got new members that spice their daily lives.
In the last few chapters, we have also seen the relationship bud in the mystery club, with Daisuke being the center of attention. Although Daisuke is none the wiser on the matter, he just keeps being himself and tries to do his best in the matter.
Though in the recent chapters, his family gets to meet some of the members and come under the misunderstanding he is dating a few of them. Though they are also understanding of his circumstances and try not to judge him, there are times he wishes they weren’t around with other club members around.

Atsumare! Fushigi Kenkyu-Bu Chapter 306 had the club spending their time in winter and dealing with it. It was different than one of the previous chapters when a few of the club members got hypnotized into believing that it was a hot summer.
That time club prez had it rough as she couldn’t undo the hypnosis and the three members were almost about to be hospitalized after being out in the cold for too long. However, their sensei came in time to undo the effects. This winter chapter was about the crew enjoying the warmth of the heat blanket, but not everyone could fit in.
So they decided to have a contest, and whoever won would get more space. That person ends up being Chiaki. But, seeing everyone stick together with Daisuke and be cozy with him, she realized she wasn’t the real winner in this. So, she proposed a rematch, which only ended up with her being even more estranged from everyone else. Though the group caught on, they didn’t provide the warmth she desired.

Atsumare! Fushigi Kenkyu-Bu Chapter 307 will have another winter chapter and the short length that the manga follows. It would be nice if there were a hot spring chapter, but given how that was not long ago, it isn’t likely we will see it anytime soon.
As for the club members, they will have a new mystery for us in the coming time and will have a series of panels that will lead to the final punchline. Though, it would be nice if the series was adapted into an anime by now. The mangaka of the series is also known for his work on squid girl, a niche series that is popular among fans to this day.
However, they do say some manga are better off not being adapted or risk losing their value. Jinjo Itto’s manga adaptation was among them, but we can never know if a series will work or not, given how some series do well despite being low in quality.
