Maggie Gibson, their mutual friend, has been brutally attacked, which needs her to go to the hospital immediately. The duo is trying to get to the bottom of this issue and find out who did this to their friends.
As for Frank, he is trying to understand what kind of memorial will be the best for their for the former police commissioner who sat in his post once. Obviously, this task requires a lot of planning because all the people would have to follow the proper protocols for the same. This is a question of legacy and how Frank decides to keep up with it.
