We saw that someone had entered Tammy’s home illegally. They took a lot of her belongings. They only left her with a broken door, so she had nothing to go home to. They stole a dresser that contained her things. They removed sinks. The water heater was also removed.
They seized whatever technological equipment they could find, and Tammy’s family was afraid to inform her about it for fear of setting her back. Tammy has what some refer to as an attitude issue. She wants to reduce her weight without exerting any effort.

Recap of episode 4
She wishes to continue her lucrative YouTube career while doing very little labor. She also desires a fruitful partnership with enablers and abusers. Tammy’s success on YouTube was primarily hampered by the fact that she produced those videos alongside her sister, Amy.
Amy was far too kind. She was always game to participate in the videos. She is aware that it generates revenue. She was simple to work with. But Tammy was obstinate. Nobody could get her to cooperate. Sometimes she would start a quarrel just because she didn’t like how she felt and decided to hurt someone else for it.
Tammy self-destructs more frequently than she accepts assistance from others. Tammy objected to the recommended workouts and diet. When she knew a man would help her, she would date him. She was destroying herself with her out-of-control conduct, which is how she came to be in her present treatment facility.
Tammy even put on weight while there. She immediately shut down with practically everything else after doing that. She treated everyone poorly. And it was clear that there was a problem with attitude. We also saw that Tammy had greater luck because she resumed her weight-loss efforts.
When Tammy reached her weight goal, all she had to think about was what she would screw up. Remember that this was when she learned that her home had been burglarized. The others tried to protect Tammy as much as possible since they were frightened about what it may do to her, but it didn’t work.
On the other hand, we saw that Chris still had a few pounds to lose to be a candidate for skin removal. They, therefore, created an ophthalmology program for him. Even their parents encouraged him to complete it. They were aware that they could not do the same since Tammy may protest that she wasn’t protected, that she wasn’t feeling well, or that they were trying to harm her.
Tammy likes to say that her family stopped trying to help her lose weight. Only she was the first to give up. Anyone who noticed her weight angered her. She developed a bad attitude with them and was once more simply plain nasty. As she was losing weight, things changed.
When Amy sought to collaborate with Tammy on YouTube videos, she was challenging to work with. When her other sisters visited her at the recovery center, it was tough for them to see her. She kept biting their heads off to the extent that they were at a loss for words when they needed to tell her the terrible news.
Finally, they made an effort to speak as quietly as they could. They informed her that grandma’s comforter was missing and that they had extra comforters to give her. They claimed to aid her in acquiring additional furniture and that they could shop for everything else.
Tammy claimed that because of her recent weight loss, her previous clothes would no longer fit her and that she was okay with shopping for new clothing. It was as though Tammy had a sudden change of character. She had less doom and gloom. She was content with her weight.

For her sisters to show how well she was doing, she weighed herself once more in front of them. Everyone was too pleased to say anything more unfavorable when Tammy abruptly changed from being harsh to being pleasant. They had not even brought up what had occurred with Amy.
