Player From Today Onwards takes place in an alternate universe where dimensional doors just started spawning randomly all over the world. Several expeditions went inside these gates, never to be seen again. However, the problem did not finish there. Soon monsters started coming out of these gates.

Asgard is not fully on board with this decision since Joon-Kyung Lee is still a Rookie. However, that changes instantly when they feel his presence.
