Love of Kill is one of the finest anime out there, with romance, drama, and mystery thrown in for good measure. If you’ve watched it and consider yourself a fan, you’re probably wondering if there are any more anime similar to Love of Kill. We’ve got you covered in this post, where we’ll discuss several anime that are comparable to Love of Kill. Fe authored and illustrated Koroshi Ai, aka Love of Kill, a manga series. Comic Gene is running a serialization of it. Platinumvision’s Hideaki Ooba helmed the anime adaption, which aired in January 2022.

This anime contains everything an anime fan could ever want, from fantastic animation to an incredible narrative. The anime follows Chateau, a headhunter from a bounty hunting group who meets a mystery man called Son Ryang-Ha whilst on another one of her operations. Ryang-Ha became unexpectedly intrigued by her after their quite intense disagreement and requested her phone number. As a result, a cat-and-mouse game ensued, in which the competitors’ hands were completely coated in blood. We’ve compiled a list of comparable anime choices for you to keep the fun going.

1. Kamisama Kiss

Kamisama Kiss is a romantic drama and spooky anime that is guaranteed to attract aficionados of the genre. If you’ve seen Love of Kill, you’ll definitely want to see this. Julietta Suzuki wrote and produced Kamisama Kiss, a Japanese manga series that was serialized by Hakusensha in the shōjo manga magazine Hana to Yume.

The plot of the film centers around Nanami Momozono, a high school student who has been having a lot of issues lately, starting with her missing dad’s massive debts, which have led to so much loss. She meets a man who is being bullied by a dog while impoverished and homeless. She describes her condition after assisting him, or even to her astonishment, he gives her his house in thanks. She tries to escape once she realizes that her house is a derelict shrine, and yet she is apprehended by two shrine spirits as well as a fox familiar called Tomoe. Nanami has been mistaken for Mikage, the shrine’s land deity.

2. Shimoneta

Shimoneta: A Boring World Where the Concept of Dirty Jokes Doesn’t Exist, a Japanese light book series authored by Hirotaka Akagi and designed by Eito Shimotsuki, is another anime that is expected to be comparable to Love of Kill. Gagaga Bunko confirmed an anime television series adaptation in October 2014. This series has a fantastic plot, and I’m sure you’re all excited to watch it. Under the Gagaga Bunko banner, Shogakukan released eleven volumes.

If you enjoy dystopia or school comedies, this is a must-see anime for you. It’s been 16 years since the country’s “Law for Public Order and Morals in Healthy Child-Raising” outlawed profane language. Tanukichi Okuma, a new high school student, enrolls at the country’s top elite public morality school, and Ayame Kajou, the organization’s originator, quickly invites him into the Anti-Social Organization (SOX). Tanukichi ends up participating in disgusting acts of violence against the bright student body president as well as his crush Anna as a participant coerced into enrolling by Ayame.

3. Psycho-Pass

Psycho-Pass is one of the greatest criminal, psychological thriller animes available, and it’s also one of my personal favourites. Numerous live-action films served as inspiration for the series. Katsuyuki Motohiro, the film’s director, wanted to use dystopian scenarios to study psychological concerns in society’s young. Psycho-Pass was influenced by a number of novels and films, the most significant of which include the 1982 American science fiction picture Blade Runner.

Psycho-Pass

The show is based in a dystopian 22nd-century Japan where a cymatic scanner may be used to instantly evaluate and assess a person’s proclivity towards crime. The Sibyl System, a hive-mind that oversees law enforcement in Japan, records, and analyses the data. Sibyl’s oracular judgment generates one’s quantitative crime rate, color-coded hue through time, and sociological profile, which culminates in an indexed Psycho-Pass, using multiple ways. This influences the amount of your social worth and also your ability to exist freely, beneath surveillance, in detention, or just not.

4. My Little Monster

My Little Monster is a Japanese manga written and drawn by Robico about a girl named Shizuku Mizutani and a boy named Haru Yoshida and their love. If you enjoy rom-coms as much as I do, this anime is well worth your time. This narrative is about a relationship between two individuals who are completely different from each other: Shizuku Mizutani, who does not even care about studying and prefers to prepare for the future, and Haru Yoshida, a kid who sits next to Shizuku in class but seldom appears. Shizuku meets Haru personally when she is charged with delivering class printouts to his house. Haru is kind, and he quickly welcomed her as a friend, and their relationship began.

My Little Monster

Shizuku is known for being a cold and heartless girl. When she encounters Haru, though, she is moved by his naivety and poor understanding of human connections. Haru, despite his reputation as a violent and untamed beast, is truly a sweet and compassionate creature. Haru professes his love for Shizuku right away, but somehow it tends to take Shizuku a long time to comprehend and embrace her emotions for Haru. Because they are both introverts, they assist each other in growing and caring for one another, as well as being less reserved.

5. Spy x Family

Spy x Family is a very known Japanese manga series authored by Tatsuya Endo which is soon about to have the premier of its anime adaptation. The plot revolves around a spy who must “create a family” in order to complete a task, not understanding that perhaps the girl he adopts as a daughter and the lady with whom he accepts to be in a sham marriage are both mind readers and assassins. Operation Strix is probably “Twilight’s” most difficult operation so far.

In an attempt to become nearer to his objective, Donovan Desmond, Twilight must marry and also have a kid as an element of this operation. He adopts a telepath named Anya and marries an assassin named Yor, and yet they all maintain their histories concealed from others. “Twilight” needs to enroll Anya at the elite Eden Academy in order for her to become acquainted with his target’s child, Damian Desmond, in order to fulfill his objective. Anya will have to acquire 8 Stella Stars to be an Imperial Scholar, but the true struggle for “Twilight” will be avoiding getting 8 Tonitrus Bolts and also being banished!

6. The Future Diary

This anime isn’t only entertaining; it’s also highly dramatic since you’re dealing with a life-or-death issue. How great would it be to be able to foretell the future? As you may have guessed from the title, it is about a journal that can foretell the future. As strange as it may sound, anime is similarly entertaining, so it may be a fun ride for you. Sakae Esuno is the author and illustrator of the Japanese comic series Future Diary.

The Future Diary

Yukiteru Amano, a junior high student who has difficulty establishing friends, is the protagonist of the anime. He considers himself a bystander who frequently records his observations in a mobile phone journal. Yukiteru communicates with his imagined companions Deus Ex Machina, the God of Time and Space, including Muru Muru, Deus’s servant, while he is afflicted by loneliness. One day, Deus bestows the capacity to capture the future for the next 90 days on Yukiteru’s cellphone. Yukiteru is therefore conscripted to face eleven other individuals in a battle royale, and each person has a journal that can foretell the future in a distinctive manner. The game’s rules are not that complicated. The participants must discover and murder all of the other candidates before the world dies on day 90, and whoever survives will succeed Deus.

7. Kaichou wa Maid-Sama!

Hiro Fujiwara’s Japanese manga Maid Sama! is well recognized. The anime’s narrative centers around Seika High School, which was previously an all-boys school but was recently converted to a co-ed school. Even after the changes that occurred over time, the female population remained a minority that could not alter.

Kaichou wa Maid-Sama!

Misaki Ayuzawa, the anime’s protagonist, chooses to bring about the reform on her own, making the atmosphere more friendly and safe for females, with the support of the school’s educators. Misaki has earned a reputation amongst some of the male student body as an uptight boy-hating wicked tyrant and as a bright light for the professors and other female students. She also became the school’s first female president of the student council. Notwithstanding her calm demeanor, she discreetly supports her family by working part-time at a maid café. Takumi Usui, a prominent kid from Seika High, discovers her secret very quickly.

8. The Case Study Of Vanitas

Jun Mochizuki’s manga series The Case Study of Vanitas is a well-known Japanese manga series authored and designed by him. A scientist called Paracelsus developed the “World Formula” idea, which claimed that the universe was ruled by mathematical formulae whose elements could be discovered and changed centuries before the French Revolution. He sought to adjust these characteristics in an event called Babel in order to avoid tragedies such as sickness. However, he unleashed a slew of disasters and gave rise to the presence of “vampires.” A racial conflict erupted when they were declared abominations by God. Vampires were branded extralegal beings who may be executed if they revealed themselves, despite the fact that mankind failed to completely eradicate them.

When a man named Vanitas heals a case of Malnomen in front of Noé’s eyes, he discovers the Book on his journey to Paris. Vanitas professes to be a fully ordinary human who has obtained the Book and that it is his goal to rescue the vampire species by any reasonable means. Noé’s memoirs of how he killed Vanitas are told in this narrative.
