It’s been two weeks since KBS’s weekend k-drama ‘Young Lady & Gentleman’ finally got its ending. With a total of 52 episodes, the k-drama follows Dan Dan and Young Guk as they fell in love with each other. With the two having an age gap of around 17 years, the two went through a lot of ups and downs. Their own conditions and families, Young Guk went through a lot and Dan Dan had to shed a lot of tears. But by the end, the two finally ended up together. With the amount the twist and turns their relationship saw, fans ended up having a love-hate relationship with ‘Young Lady & Gentleman’.
After two weeks of not having a new episode of the k-drama, the fans are kind of feeling empty. So here’s the ending of ‘Young Lady & Gentleman’ explained! The first couple of the k-drama to get together were Se Ryeon & Dae Beom. The two had a lot of problems were the first to get married and start over to live the life they wanted. By the end, Se Ryeon settled with the family pretty well. Later on, Anna met Young Guk to apologize to him as she had tried to break them up. She also asked Soo Cheol to give Dan Dan and Young Guk his blessings as the two were adults and knew what they were doing.
‘Young lady & Gentleman Ending’: Dan Dan & Dae Ran Are Finally Accepted Into Young Guk’s Home!
With the support of kids and now the blessings from their families, Dan Dan and Young Guk finally got married. They moved to a new place. With the two getting together, Dae Ran also changed. As Young Guk gave Dan Dan his mother’s ring, she asked him to give the ring to Dae Ran as she was the real owner of the ring until she gets older. Looking at the acceptance Dae Ran was craving since the start, she changed and went on to apologize to everyone she had wronged including Dan Dan and her family.
What Happened To Anna Kim?
Spending time together, Anna went on to spend a day with Young Guk and his family. But with her health deteriorating, she had to get back home. In the night, she had a heartfelt chat with Dan Dan beside her. Apologizing and telling her how much she loved her, Anna and Dan Dan fell asleep. The next day, Dan Dan found Anna passed out in the bathroom. Taking her to the hospital, there was barely any hope left. After telling everyone how much she loved them, Anna Kim died a happy woman surrounded by the people she loved.

What Happened Between Anna Kim & Yeong Sil?
After the truth about Anna Kim was out to Dan Dan and her family, things were filled with chaos. When Yeong Sil got to know that Soo Cheol was still taking care of Anna. She asked him not to leave. But saying that he needs to make sure Anna recovers after her surgery and leave for the States, he asked her to let him see her. Out of anger, Yeong Sil ended up asking for a divorce from Soo Cheol if he wanted to see Anna. While he stormed out of the house at that moment, Soo Cheol came back to apologize to Yeong Sil and told her that he’ll never see Anna again.
But looking at Soo Cheol drinking all alone at night and crying in regret she couldn’t sleep. The next day she went on to make the same porridge and decided to wish Anna well for the surgery. But getting to know that Dan Dan lied and stayed over to take care of Anna made her feel betrayed. After a while, she realized that it was no use to tell Soo Cheol or Dan Dan to stay away from Anna. And as soon as she told Soo Cheol that he can go and take care of Anna till she gets better, he ran there as fast as he could. But not wanting to trouble Yeong Sil anymore, Anna declined Soo Cheol’s help.
Later on, Yeong Sil went on to meet Anna for lunch. With Anna apologizing to her for all the trouble she had caused her in the start, Dan Dan’s birth mom and stepmom got on good terms. With that Dan Dan went on to stay with Anna Kim till the end.

What Happened To Cho Sa Ra? Did She & Cha Gun Get Together?
Cho Sa Ra became one of the most hated characters in ‘Young Lady & Gentleman’. Because of her constant lying and desperate attempts to make Young Guk like her, she did a lot of bad things. But when everything was out, Sa Ra had no other option but to disappear. Pregnant with Cha Gun’s baby, she left everyone and went on to live somewhere cheap. Looking for her, Cha Gun spotted her when he was nearby for work and ended up staying. He took care of her for days and spent all the time with her. He even went on to ask her to move to Vietnam with him.
Away from their past, he asked her to start over in the new country. Sa Ra was finally happy as she thought she’ll have a family to come home to. But accidentally slipping down the stairs on her back home, Sa Ra ended up losing the baby. Cha Gun made sure that she was okay but eventually the two ended up parting ways. Meeting Ki Ja in jail after a while, she told her mother that she was leaving the country to start over. And if she’ll ever have the courage, she would reach out to her mother. With Cha Gun watching Sa Ra heading to board the flight, he did not stop her from leaving. Neither does he know where she was headed.

What Happened To Mi Rim & Jun O?
The best couple in the k-drama, Mi Rim and Jun O were headed to the same fate as their cousins i.e. a lot of family drama. But with Jun O & Mi Rim standing up to his mother with the right motives, the two made it work. With Mi Rim encouraging him, Jun O decided to go back to med school. Hearing that Mi-Sook was kind of happy. While she wanted Jun O to break up with Mi Rim and be the mama’s boy, she understood that the times were changing. Meeting up with Mi Rim, she asked her to move with Jun O near his college.
But with Mi Rim telling her that she has dreams of her own, she realized that the two will manage on their own. With Jun O moving away to become a doctor, Mi Rin ended up moving in with Mi-Sook as she fulfills her dream to become a hairstylist. But on the condition that Mi-Sook would treat her as the girlfriend and not as a future daughter-in-law.
Will There Be A Season 2 for ‘Young Lady & Gentleman’?
According to the fans, no one’s really looking for a ‘Young Lady & Gentleman’ season 2 as the k-drama has already been stretched to 52 episodes. While the fans are finally at peace with Dan Dan & Young Guk getting together. They might want to know what the future holds for Cho Sa Ra. While Cha Gun is not letting whatever he had with Sa Ra affect him and is busy with the family he has. Sa Ra has no one but herself and the memories of the time she spent with him. Overall, ‘Young Lady & Gentleman’ is a mix of almost every over-worked trope in the k-dramas. From amnesia, getting hit by a truck, and false identities. To adoption, abandonment, unmarried pregnancies, and cancer, the k-drama has it all.
