TLC’s reality shows are always interesting to watch, and when they have a hit show, what do they do after? They make a spin-off. In this case, we’ll cover the spin-off to 90 Day Fiancé The Family Chantel Season 4 Episode 3. We want to see what happens with Pedro, Chantel, and their family after the show.
Just last season, we saw how the tension brewed enormously between these two as Chantel had no emotional support for Pedro while trying to bond with his family. Now it’s Pedro who’s emotionally unattached to Chantel because he’s always too busy at work. Can these two find the balance in their life? We’ll have to see.
The Family Chantel Season 4 Episode 2 Recap
Pedro goes through the car wash and tells his baby that he looks good now, according to the Chantel episode. He’s been talking to his mother again, and everything is back to normal now, with no apologies. She is still his mother, but he now has a different opinion of her because she is very private and does not express her feelings. When he Facetimes his mother, he informs her that Chantel and her family traveled to Mexico for Winter’s surgery.
Pedro’s mother, Lidia, claims Pedro doesn’t tell her much because Chantel’s family is strange and has its own rules. Chantel is not a friend of hers. He tells her that his issue with Chantel is that she is disorganized and does not clean. He notices that things have changed a lot since they moved into their new home, and Chantel is only concerned with herself. He expected her to be more supportive of him, but she hasn’t been.
A Beauty Pageant
He inquires about the crazy lady, to which his mother responds that she wishes to compete in a pageant in the Dominican Republic. Alejandro, according to Lidia, was instrumental in upsetting this family. Nicole was in the hotel with Pedro then, and she had a specific order from her boyfriend. She believes he gave her a command. She thinks he is egotistical and vows to never speak to him again. Pedro is enraged with his sister because of how she acts and the fact that she prefers her boyfriend to him. He wants her to make peace but isn’t willing to do so.
Pedro has returned home and is singing while cleaning the house. As a homeowner, he discovers that there is a lot to do. When River walks in to assist him in setting up a piece of furniture, he enjoys a beer. Pedro informs him that Chantel does not consider him a handyman, and he wishes for her to be proud of him. Pedro is River’s dawg, he says, and he is his brother from a mother.
Nicole
Nicole wants to spend her life traveling, having a glamorous life, and possibly finding a sugar daddy to look after her. She pays a visit to Stalin, a runway instructor. He’s got a lot of different flavors, but he’s also quite intimidating. He tells her that she has a lot of work ahead of her. She needs to be well-trained because there are girls who are more attractive than she is. He tells her to stop walking like a horse because she is tired. Then he adds that the Ms. Dominican Republic is a difficult task. She will have to put in a lot of effort to win.
No Time For The Wife
Pedro is at work, where he enjoys his career and has excellent coworkers – it is a Latino office, and he gets along with everyone. He works late a lot with Antonella, and they get along swimmingly. She says she enjoys working with them because he is humble and straightforward. Laura, the team’s boss, meets with them and discusses an incentive: whoever wins will receive a free trip.
Winter is a few days post-surgery and Facetimes Nmesoma from Mexico; she didn’t tell him she was having surgery, making her feel bad. She is concerned that he will lose interest in her if she loses weight. She wonders what would happen if she went to Africa and changed her appearance. She informs him of the surgery. It would have been nice if she had told him, he says. She claims that her previous relationship left her scarred because he was anti-surgery. He assures her that she has his backing. He sends her his best wishes for a speedy recovery. Karen and Chantel are getting massages and are looking forward to returning home. When she gets home, she wants to talk to Pedro about spending quality time with her.
