Recap
They’re spending Fantasy Week in Tulum, Mexico. Joey believes it’s a lovely location and the kind of setting he would like to get engaged. Joey tells us, “I feel confident about three great women here.” Sadly, Joey feels as like he is developing feelings for each of the three of them.
That’s not how it works, sweetie. Sister Wives isn’t like this. You are limited to choosing just one. Joey acknowledges, “I’m having trouble with the fact that I don’t feel right.” “I know I’ve been honest throughout, I know I have a decent heart, and I know I have so much to contribute.
I know I have the finest intentions. I simply need someone to feel the same way about me. “Considerate me as your mother [or] closest friend at this moment,” she says to Rachel. “I’ve got your back.” When Rachel tells Susan that she really does love Joey, Susan pushes her to “say it!”
Rachel finds it difficult to trust because the two men she has been in love with have betrayed her. She’s on the lookout. She acknowledges, “At the end of the day, it’s so scary that he could pick someone else over me.”
“That was then. Susan responds, “Don’t let that get in the way. Before you can love someone else, you must first love yourself. The first date goes to Rachel. Joey remarks, “Rachel does bring out a different side of me.” She starts teasing and joking more. “All we have is this sensible gel.”
After traversing the bush, they arrive at a stunning cenote that is encircled by platforms of varying heights. Before Rachel hurts her face while jumping from the second-highest level, they had a terrific time bouncing off the platforms.
She tries to be normal, but at some point she says, “It hurts so bad.” The medic from the show arrives to examine her. Joey can see she’s still in pain even if she tells the medic she’s OK. She finally consents to visit the hospital and get examined.
