The Palworld Official Card Game is facing continued stock shortages following the launch of its first booster set, Dawn of Palpagos. Bushiroad apologized to players and collectors unable to purchase the product, saying it is currently discussing measures to improve availability.
In a statement shared by the official Palworld TCG account, the company said it was aware of the difficulty fans were having finding the booster pack and asked for “just a little while longer” as it works on a response. Palworld Official Card Game
The shortage comes after strong demand for the trading card game ahead of its July 30 launch. Bushiroad previously announced that planned worldwide shipments of Dawn of Palpagos surpassed 3.5 million packs, indicating significant interest before release.
The first Palworld TCG set features more than 50 Pal cards with newly created artwork, alongside characters including Zoe and Lily. It launched worldwide with two trial decks on July 30, with the card game developed as a two-player competitive experience based on Pocketpair’s survival title.
The shortage has also prompted additional measures in Japan. According to the provided report, Bushiroad plans another shipment for its pop-up stores on August 14 and has announced that some boxes will be sold with their shrink wrap removed, apparently as an anti-scalping measure.
The company has already been expanding the Palworld TCG beyond its initial release. Bushiroad has announced additional products, organized tournaments and future booster sets, including Legends Awaken, scheduled for October 30.
