If you’re looking for a new light-hearted romance series Osananajimi no Ohimesama or My Princess Childhood Friend would probably do the trick. It’s a fairly new manga and started serialization in November 2022.
Osananajimi no Ohimesama is a story about two childhood friends, Shunsuke and Hinaki. Shunsuke and Hinaki started high school together and are speculated as couples by their new classmates, and obviously, both of them denied the rumors.
It’s when Shunsuke finds himself attracted to a new girl named Koiwai Kiyoka. Kiyoka is pretty much anti-social and an introvert, just like Shunusuke. The Reason Shunusuke finds it nice is not to be the only one who is awkward around people.
This series is a mixture of feel-good romance with some little bursts of comedy. It’s a story about three people and their love triangle, which can be intense as well as funny at times, but after every chapter, it leaves us wondering who Shunusuke will choose to have a happy ending.

Osananajimi No Ohimesama Chapter 11: Recap
The story starts after the events of the school trip. Shunsuke and Hinaki returned back from the trip and are creating their summer holidays together. Shunsuke has some cramps and is resting while Hinaki cancels her plans with other friends in order to take care of Shunsuke.
Shunsuke’s body is sore after the trip, and Hinaki is helping him to relax a bit, but they end up arguing. Shunsuke, as shown until now in the series, is not a very social guy, and instead of spending the holidays with his friends, he decides to do his holiday homework and study for the upcoming tests.
This chapter was a little progressive for our dense main character Shunsuke, as he tries to realize his feelings for the new classmate and crush, Koiwai. When Hinaki mentions that he is bad at teaching, Shunsuke starts imagining having study sessions with Koiwai.
Hinaki seeing how his reaction was a bit soft, couldn’t help herself and asked Shunsuke whether he was in love with someone or not. Shunsuke, being the unsocial guy who is unable to make friends except for Hinaki, doesn’t know how to address all these feelings he has for Koiwai.
Shunsuke pondered for a moment and came to the conclusion that he was probably in love with Koiwai. He was about to give his reply to Hinaki but was abruptly interrupted, and on this note, chapter 11 of Osananajimi, no Ohimesama, ended.

Osananajimi No Ohimesama Chapter 12: Spoilers.
As of writing this article, there are no official spoilers or raw scans available for Chapter 12. Raw scans are some panels of the next chapter, untranslated or in Japanese. Raw scans are taken from the original manga itself.

Osananajimi No Ohimesama Chapter 12: Release Date
Osananajimi no Ohimesama is quite a new series written by 9℃; yes, that’s the name; quite weird, I know. The serialization of this manga started back in November 2022, which is pretty early. The manga doesn’t have a particular pattern of release like other manga.
As of now, there are no official announcements by the author about the Release date, but after previous speculations, we are expecting chapter 12 to be published on Thursday 2nd, February 2023.
