Sooyoung suggested that it was a possible interpretation of death. Dokja was not sure why people would forget about him since it was only possible if everyone got infected with memory loss.
Sooyoung told him it did not have to be the literal meaning of forgetting. She reminded Dokja that dead people could not remember anything. It suddenly struck Dokja that it could be related to his protagonist.
