My Dad Is Too Strong is a fantasy action manhwa with an overpowered main character who wants to live a normal life instead of fighting monsters. If you’ve read Solo Leveling or Overgeared, it’s quite similar to that. Although it’s more on the lighthearted side and a bit hilarious at times as the MC stays out of such trouble.
The main character, Lee Dojun, has a daughter, not biologically but contractually. Yunhee Seol is Dojun’s older brother and his girlfriend’s daughter, but after his girlfriend died, she had nowhere to go and ended up here. But the twist is that Dojun doesn’t remember properly after having a car accident.
It all started ten years ago in this world when rifts appeared, and countless monsters crawled out of them, rendering humanity powerless to combat such creatures. People of various ages and genders began to awaken their abilities around this time.
These people wielded superhuman powers and were called hunters. Everyone gained a status screen as if they were in a game and could see their physical stats and skills. They fought against the monsters and brought back peace.
Lee Dojun, a man with no special skills, continued studying for three years after finishing his military service. He joined the rift management agency and became the newbie official of the rift management team at Soul. He wasn’t that good at his work, but after a year, he got his first task as a member of the team.
He was tasked with scouting the rift that had appeared, but on his way, he got hit by a truck-kun. When he woke up, he found himself in a so-called Murim world. But he was killed countless times and fought back. Ho got this ability to return to the previous day when he died.
Like that, he became the strongest heavenly demon in the Murim world. After gaining everything, he has no purpose to do anything more in that world, and like that, he is transported back to his own world. Everything remains the same; he was hit and hospitalized but has gained tremendous strength.
And that’s how his memories seemed blurry when he got back, and even though he didn’t remember much, he went to his office and asked for his desk, but his colleagues were shocked to see the change in him within just a day as he was smarter, broader, and taller. They were not sure if he was really Lee Dojun. Even Yunhee had to explain to him how she ended up at his place.

It was unexpected for everyone how Dojun, as an intern, handled the Icarus Guild negotiations with an increase of 2% for the Hunter Bureau, and all the seniors now want Dojun to be a part of their division, but he is not convinced by their approach at all.
Even at the lunch table, he was approached by a member who wanted to hold a study session over the weekend at the training hall. But Dojun was not sure if all the interns would be there, and moreover, it seemed like a political fight to get him to join their division.
Later in the chapter, it was all about Carciel, Yongyong, and Byul for a spelling bee test where Byul scored higher than Yongyong, and Carciel teased him for that. Now, as they promised to Byul, taking her out was something they were not up to. Moreover, they were told not to go out as they could be in some trouble.
Byul wanted to go even if it was raining; nobody needed to know as long as they didn’t get caught. And now they are drenched in the rain. But Yongyong seems like he’s enjoying it, whereas Carciel is still struggling with whether he should break the rules or not because going outside might be dangerous.
