As the title suggests, the manga Manager Kim follows the story of Mr. Kim, who is a former black-ops member. It has been a while since he has been living in society as a normal man. One reason for him to choose this life is his daughter.
Yes, Mr. Kim is a single father and has a daughter by the name of Kim Min Ji, who is currently a high schooler. Unaware of the fact that his daughter, Kim Min Ji, is always bullied at school and beaten up, he thought his life was all normal and fine.
One day, when the bullying at school goes to the next level, and Kim Min Ji goes missing, Mr. Kim can not fathom it. Without knowing if or not Kim Min Ji is alive, he begins to search for her. He is determined to kill anyone who comes in his way.
Previously on Manager Kim Chapter 108: Recap
In Manager Kim Chapter 108, we saw that Tae Hwa was determined to kill himself. The guilt of cheating and killing his own father was taking over Tae Hwa. Mr. Kim totally jumps in to save Tae Hwa and his brother from the fall as Assistant Manager Choi assists the three from below.
Sang Ho also worked hard to get a hold of Tae Hwa. Mr. Kim is surely crazy. How could anyone think of such an idea to save people from a fall in a split second? He overcomes the impossible and never cares about throwing his body.
While everyone was trying to understand what had just happened, we saw that Tae Hwa had already stabbed himself. Ever since he had betrayed his father, all that was left in him about him was anger, resentment, and the resolute to kill everything along with him.
Mr. Kim then tells Tae Hwa not to feel very guilty about betraying his father, Master Zu Pengguan, as he had seen him holding a picture of a flower while dying. The name of that flower is Japanese Honeysuckle. It means the love that a parent gives to his son.
Mr. Kim tells Tae Hwa that maybe the reason why he was holding that flower in his last moment was because he wanted to say something as a parent to his son. Tae Hwa feels really bad after hearing that, but he is also relieved that he will now get to go meet his father.

We saw previously that no matter what, Tae Hwa was always considered a son by Zu Pengguan. In Manager Kim Chapter 109, we will most probably send off Tae Hwa as he spends his last moments with the guys.
