ABC’s critically acclaimed sitcom Home Economics has recently returned to television for a third run as of Wednesday, September 21, 2022, when the first episode of Season 3 entitled “Mickey Ears, $19.99″ came out. So far, four episodes of the show have already aired.
Episode four, a sweet flashback episode, was released just the previous week on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, in which we looked back to the wedding day of Tom and Marina in 2009. The episode is titled “Wedding Bouquet, $125”.
The episode also featured origin stories. Moreover, we saw how “Lulu” developed into an affectionate name between Denise and Sarah and how Connor became a private equity virtuoso from a collegiate lacrosse player.
Home Economics Season 3 Episode 5 Preview
In the episode that is due to come out this week which is the fifth of the new season of Home Economics, we will see Marina and Connor join Tom in New York to promote his most recent book on one of the top daytime talk shows in America.
Meanwhile, Denise and Sarah seem to get a tad too comfortable spending time at Connor’s house, and it sends the wrong message to their daughter Shamiah. The official episode title for the fourth episode is “Live With Kelly and Ryan Hoodie, Complimentary.”

Home Economics Season 3 Episode 6 is scheduled to be released the week after and will see Tom, who is afraid of no one, attend his in-person book reading. And while his family thinks that Tom’s biggest fan, a mysterious woman, is also his stalker, she turns out to be something even more unsettling. The sixth episode is called “Novel Signed by Author, $22.19”.

Tom, the eldest sibling, is an author considered in the middle-class lot with his wife Marina and their three kids, the middle sibling Sarah and her wife Denise, along with their two kids they adopted, spend their days in a small apartment barely making ends meet, and Connor, the youngest is in the richest 1% lot but unlucky in love. In fact, the series opens with him getting a divorce. The sitcom is created by John Aboud and Michael Colton.

Caitlin McGee as Sarah, who works as a child therapist, Jimmy Tatro as Connor, who owns his own private equity firm, Karla Souza as Marina, who was a lawyer but now is a homemaker raising her children, Sasheer Zamata as Denise, who is teacher, Shiloh Bearman as Connor’s daughter Gretchen, Jordyn Curet as Sarah’s and Denise’s daughter Shamiah, JeCobi Swain as Sarah’s and Denise’s son Kelvin, Chloe Jo Rountree as Tom’s and Marina’s daughter Camila, and finally, Lidia Porto as Lupe, Connor’s housekeeper.
Recurring characters in the show include Nora Dunn as Tom, Sarah, and Connor’s mother Muriel, Phil Reeves as Tom, Sarah, and Connor’s father Marshall, Tetona Jackson as Jojo, Connor’s new love interest who happens to be Denise’s sister, Marc-Sully Saint-Fleur as Mr. Zarrow, one of Sarah’s colleagues. In addition, Tyler “Ninja” Blevins and Yvette Nicole Brown make guest appearances as Ninja and Donna, respectively.
Home Economics Season 3 Episode 5 Release Date
New episodes, each with a runtime of around 22 minutes, from the third season of Home Economics air every week on Wednesdays in the United States on ABC at 9:30 PM ET and Episode 5 of the new installment is all set to come out on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at said time and on the same channel. Furthermore, Home Economics Season 3 Episode 6 will air next week on Wednesday, October 26, 2022.

Fans in Canada may stream the latest season of the show on tackTV Amazon Channel after buying a plan or watch it for free on Global TV with ads. UK fans, however, are unlucky, considering Home Economics is not available to stream in the country.
