Fire Country Episode 18 Recap
The episode starts with Manny receiving a job offer. During a Gamblers Anonymous gathering, he mentioned being a firefighter, which caught the attention of a beautiful young lady. Although she didn’t speak to Manny until after their gathering, he initially thought she was flirting with him.
Like most firefighter shows, we’re thrown into a horrific train wreck —conveniently located— not far from the fire camp. The accident was caused by a party bus that got stuck on the tracks and was hit head-on by the train carrying a group of teenagers to their prom.
Tragically, many lost their lives, while the rest sustained severe injuries. The fire camp crew is the first to arrive on the scene, and after their commanding officer passes out, Bode steps up to lead the field and calls for backup, and fulfills his duties admirably.
