Charlotte is Rocco’s half-sister and the only granddaughter of the power couple Laura Webber and Luke Spencer, attending Port Charles High School with more knowledge in the German language. Charlotte is the daughter of none other than Valentin Cassadine and Lulu Spencer, who had her through IVF while Claudette carried the child to term, leading Charlotte to believe that Claudette was her mother till eight years old.

Well, people have been curious about Charlotte’s fate after she was shot by Anna, who mistook her to be an intruder as she was covered in a cloak and holding a flashlight that leads to a panicked Jake arriving at the scene to check what went wrong only to see a bleeding Charlotte pn ground and Anna checking for a pulse on her.
Anna instructs Jake to bring his lab coat, which she later uses to put pressure on the gunshot wound to avoid further bleeding before calling the paramedics, who arrive at the same time as Valentin.
The paramedics arrive at the scene and take Charlotte and Valentin to the General Hospital while a distraught Anna regrets pulling the trigger on an innocent child with tears-filled eyes.
Charlotte is taken to the operating room, where Austin performs the surgery on her while Jake comforts his mom and asks her if Charlotte is okay, to which his mother answers that they will have to wait and let the doctors do their work.
Well, now, to answer the main question, no, Charlotte doesn’t die from being shot by Anna, and in the upcoming episode, she will gain consciousness again before requesting to inform her side of the story to the cops.
