To fight these creatures off, a group of people called Conductors control their Musicarts that only live to fight off these creatures. The main characters of this anime are Takt, a Conductor who, along with his Musicart, Destiny, go on a journey with a girl named Anna. This journey is made to find a way to turn Takt and Destiny back into normal human beings, but as they travel, they come across many problems.
The female character who made it to the list from this anime is Destiny. She is Takt’s loyal Musicart with an interesting back story. Destiny once lived as a normal human being named Cosette. She was also Anna’s younger sister and the person who made Takt play the piano with love again. Unfortunately, due to a D2 attack, she passes away. However, she comes back to life as Destiny. She is shown to have incredible strength and probably has one of the best first appearances in anime.

Memempu – Sakugan
Sakugan is an anime that introduces us to a dystopian world in the future where people live in areas separated by rocks. This world also has a vast area that is underdeveloped, known as the Labyrinth. Markers are those people who venture outside in these vast areas in order to develop them and are basically like great explorers. The main protagonist of this anime is Memempu, a small girl who dreams of becoming a Marker someday. She, along with Gagumber, an ex-Marker, go outside and venture through the Labyrinth as the story progresses.
Memempu is a smart girl. It is said that she was able to graduate college at the age of 9. Along with great intelligence, she also has an incredible amount of curiosity. What makes her one of the best female characters is the fact that she is determined to become a great Marker in the future. Her curiosity gives her explorations a boost making her unafraid of the unknown.
Vivy/Diva – Vivy: Flourite Eye’s Song
This is another anime that includes the themes of a dystopian world and music. It introduces us to a futuristic world in which Artificial Intelligence-based Humanoids live alongside human beings. The first artificial intelligence humanoid created was Vivy, a female AI singer who was placed in a theme park. Her goal was to spread happiness to people through her songs. However, she wasn’t very famous and was often ignored. Things change for Vivy when another AI humanoid from the future appears in front of her. He tells her about the ongoing war between AI and Humans in the future and believes that Vivy can prevent this deadly war from taking place. With this, Vivy began her journey from being an ordinary singer to someone who could change the dystopian future.
Vivy is an interesting character who isn’t afraid to share her honest opinions and take heavy criticism. Things like these do not bother her mostly because she doesn’t really understand some emotions. Her duty is to come up with solutions. Despite being unable to show too many emotions, she is very determined with her mission to spread happiness to people through her songs. Unfortunately, Vivy gets into a big accident that causes her to reboot, but this also makes things interesting. She develops a new persona named Diva, who is more outgoing than her counterpart, Vivy.
Hayase Nagatoro – Don’t Toy with me miss Nagatoro
This anime is a new comedy anime that also has some mature themes. It includes two main characters named Naoto and Nagatoro. Naoto is a character who is very introverted as well as timid. He is often seen being bullied by his female classmates. This makes Nagatoro curious as she just observes the things that are happening to Naoto. After a while, she joins in and starts teasing Naoto in a flirtatious manner and thus begins their story.
Hayase Nagatoro is one of the boldest anime characters. Her signature smile easily can tell how evil she can get when it comes to being naughty. However, behind her evil deeds, she is someone who holds strong feelings for Naoto, a fact that he is very oblivious to.
