In the previous chapter of the manga, “GEHENNA RTA” RTA means Real-Time-Attack Chapter 61, the series started with Ragna trying his best to hunt the dragons, and there he saw the Lord Of The First Stratum, Mist Dragon Lupowa. Where he wasn’t expecting any visitors but Ragna breakthrough from the Separator while using the Dragon Hunting Flash he started to destroy everything which pissed the Lupowa where he was yelling “stop destroying my beautiful work!”
Later in the chapter, Ragna enters into Third Stratum, The subzero seas, which is like a frozen hell where the temperature reaches -80*C. The ground is covered with icebergs as far as anyone can see, The Lord of the third stratum Glacial Dragon is Erun Eski, where magic didn’t work on Ragna even though she is the Ice Lord. She can’t handle the ice, Ragna could have almost killed her, but he somehow didn’t. After that, Ragna uses Hundredfold Gravity to crack between the ground where the Ruler Fourth Stratum can be seen, where the monster was saved by Bagram. Later everyone got the message about what happened in the Stratum.
