The story revolves around Taiki Inomata who is a member and player of the boy’s Badminton team in his school, Eimei Junior and Senior High. His life is at its best because every day he gets to ride alongside on the train with his crush.

Taiki’s life gets better and better as Chinatsu moves in to live with him and his family as her family is leaving for abroad. So, now he decides that he will try to approach her and confess his feeling to her. He has to do all this while both of them prepare and fight for a place in the National Championship. Will he be able to do it or will it get all destroyed? Will they be able to work it out? or will they be left apart for almost the end of time? Well, only time has the answer unless they are also fans of the Netflix series Dark.
Blue Box Chapter 82 Recap: “Where it Hurts”
The chapter starts with Matsuoka requesting Taiki to leave him all alone with Chinatsu so that they can spend some time together. However, he denies his request and does the opposite as he is trying to keep people away from his crush, yeah, it is a romance manga being a bit jealous is fine too.
While all this is happening, Chinatsu jumps into the conversation and calls out Matsuoka on the not-so-trustworthy behavior he has showcased in the past. Matsuoka tries to defend himself in all of the possible ways, but he messes up pretty badly.
He tries to bring back a past incident that includes the girl basketball team, where they went to a cafe however as he moves forward with his story he mistakenly refers to a player named Yumeka as Nagisa. It was already sad until he saw that he really had no chance.
As he looks towards Chinatsu, she is looking at Taiki and grinning a bit which is very evident, while he enjoys his apple pie. Matsuoka tries his level best to destroy their sweet little not-so-just friends or housemates moment by calling Taiki about his crush on Chinatsu.
He tells him that he wouldn’t be able to be in a healthy relationship with Chinatsu while trying to become the best badminton player so that he can get to the national championship. He states that he wouldn’t be able to be present in the relationship and would have to break up eventually.
Taiki lets him pass by as he knows that he truly loves her and will for sure find some way to make all of it work out. Matsuoka asks Chinatsu to come and join him for a game of Basketball. However, she backs off by saying she doesn’t have the right gym clothes.
