There’s sad news for game lovers! You might have heard of it, or at least you might have had a hunch of it if you’re a religious game player. The current season of Fallout 76 is going to end soon. The online action role-playing video game Fallout 76 Season 9 started on the 14th of June this year. The 2018 video game is developed by Bethesda Game Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks.
It’s considered to be an installment in the Fallout series. Fallout 76 is a multiplayer game that allows the players to explore an open world that has been torn apart by nuclear war with other players. The scoreboard of the latest season, Fallout 76 Season 9, is called “Heart of Steel: A Dread Island Tale”.
The story of Fallout 76 is set in Appalachia. In the game, the players take the role of a dweller from Vault 76 while trying to reunite with their missing overseer. During their journey, the players will get to learn more about Appalachia. They discover the place that has been devastated and suffered from the Fallout. Additionally, the players will cross paths with different factions who share completely different ideas on how to revitalize or conquer Appalachia.

Fallout 76 Season 9
In the ninth season, a new update called Test Your Metal has been added. Along with the story surrounding the Franklin family, who discovered this Dread Island, a new series of Radio Plays will also be added. The Franklin family lands on Dread Island due to a turbulent storm. The island is filled with hidden treasures, ancient civilizations, and natural wonders; all waiting to be discovered. But that is not in any way as easy as it sounds. The island is also inhabited by bandits, and beasts and nature itself add a few difficulties to any attempt made to uncover the hidden treasures.
Fallout 76 Season 9 Rewards
Back in June, Fallout 76 confirmed that they had made the jump from Bethesda’s launcher to the all-encompassing Steam. It will give the PC players one central place from which they will get to play the game efficiently. The move was made after Bethesda announced that their proprietary launcher would be shut down in May 2022. The players who couldn’t shift their accounts were relieved to hear that they could still shift later and keep playing the game. Great news for the players who had actually shifted was that they would receive some rewards in a few days’ time. These rewards would have to be claimed from the Scoreboard by the player to actually enjoy it.
These rewards were said to be tied to the ninth season of Fallout 76. The players would get 10 rank-ups on the “Scoreboard”. The scoreboard serves as a battle pass on the game. The rewards were listed as Dread Island Skull Player Icon, Scrap Kit [x3], Vault-Tec Supply Crate [Level 3], Green Moulded Carpet Floor and Foundations, Skull Flair, Lunchboxes [x3], Industrial Floodlight, Legendary Modules [x3] and Atoms [150]. However, the players who play the game on the console won’t be receiving such rewards since they don’t have to move anywhere to play Fallout 76.
Where To Play Fallout 76 Season 9, Start Date And End Date
This role-playing video game is available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC for the users to buy and play. The current season started on 14th June and is expected to end on 13th September 2022 after running for over three months. Usually, the Fallout 76 seasons tend to last for around nine to thirteen weeks. So, as per this duration, after thirteen long weeks, Fallout 76 Season 9 will end on the 13th of September.
Soon the season will end, and with it, the wait for the next season will begin. It’s speculated that the next season, Fallout 76 Season 10, will most likely be beginning in early September 2022, quite soon after the ninth season ends. The tenth season is expected to end in early December 2022. The scoreboard of season ten will be titled “The City Of Steel”. As usual, the players will be ranked up to level 100. The players acing the game will earn the game board along with some more treats.
