The Centipede Ken Kaneki is also Known as the half Kakuja. The shape of them can be manipulated as he wishes. Ken Kaneki went insane during the torture, and the Centipede is the main reason behind it. Despite enduring Yamuri’s torment, he eventually reached a breaking point when a Centipede was inserted into his head.

The extended version of Kaneki is known as Haise. After his first fight with Arima, he lost as a result of multiple strikes to the head. He survived, though, which is a feat even ghouls couldn’t achieve at the hands of Arima.
