Warm on a Cold Night follows the relationship between Han Zheng (Bi Wen Jun), the warm young master of the Qi clan, and Su Jiu’er (Li Yi Tong), a female constable of the Qian country who is afraid of the cold.
Su Jiu’er has a spirit resembling a Rabbit, which makes her vulnerable to the cold and desperately searching for anything warm. Han Zheng, on the other hand, has a warm body thanks to his wolf spirit, which attracts Jiu’er to him.
These two characters meet due to a unique murder case concerning the relationship between the two clans and eventually create an alliance despite having very different levels of warmth.
They cooperate to cut through the mist of secrecy to uncover the truth behind the murder. Simultaneously, Jiu’ er and Han Zheng try to resolve the problems their families are going through.

Li Yi Tong
Well-known for her acting in her debut drama Demon Girl which releases in 2015, Li Yi Tong is a Chinese actress that plays the role of our investigator Su Jiu Er in Warm on a Cold Night.
She has earned critical acclaim for her roles in dramas such as The Legend of the Condor Heroes (2017), Bloody Romance (2018), and Royal Nirvana (2019).
Graduating from the Beijing Dance Academy, Yi Tong is not only skilled in acting but is also an established Chinese folk dancer. Chinese Calligraphy is another one of her skills that add on to her list of talents.
Bi Wen Jun
Playing the role of our ‘warm’ yet not-so-warm Han Zheng in Warm on a Cold Night, Bi Wen Jun was a former member of a boy group called NEXT (previously known as NEX7), which debuted in 2018.
After he began his singing career as an Idol, Wen Jun decided to pursue acting and made his debut in a series called Sweet Tai Chi in 2019. Although relatively new to the acting Industry, Bi Wen Jun has already starred in multiple dramas and TV shows, and recently, in 2019, he had his name listed in Forbes’s ’30 under 30′ most influential people in China.
