One Piece Chapter 1070 Full Summary
The title of One Piece Chapter 1070 is “Strongest Humans” and the cover page of the chapter features the five mad scientists including Vegapunk, Queen, Ceaser, Judge, and a woman who seems to be Stussy. The MADS are holding a gun also.
One Piece Chapter 1070 starts where it left off in the last chapter with Lucci injuring Sentomaru and Luffy is worried about him saying that it was because he distracted him. However, the former says that he saw the coming but could not stop implying that Lucci is faster.
Whereas, Lucci says the reason he attacked him is that he wants the control authority of the Seraphims and as long as he is conscious, it won’t give him the control authority. Lucci goes into another attack on Sentomaru but Luffy stops him using a new attack which makes his body spin and he even cannot control it.
Seraphim “The Strongest Humans”
Elsewhere, the Seraphims are destroying the CP0 foot soldiers where we see S-Hawk using a sword to attack the Cp0 soldiers and S-Shark using the swim-swim fruit ability to fend off the soldiers. Stussy and Kaku are concerned about fighting the seraphim but have no choice but to do so.

After witnessing S-Shark using a swim-swim ability, Franky is concerned about Senior Pink who had the ability and since there cannot be more than one devil fruit of the same ability existing at a time, he is worried that the latter might be dead. However, Vegapunk explains how he has made artificial devil fruit and Senior pink is held in the impel down prison.
He explains how he can easily duplicate the Zoan-type devil fruits whereas the Logia type is almost impossible to duplicate and the Mythical type such as Kaido’s is difficult to duplicate and takes time and money. As for the Paramecia type, he says that as long as he has the lineage factor of the user, he can refine it to create special blood which he deemed green blood and this is what is flowing inside the Seraphims.
That is how the Seraphims have the abilities as well. We see S-Snake using Mero-Mero no mi ability as well and she guides Jinmbei to the upper floor. Luffy and Lucci’s fight continues and the former again displays some uncanny abilities where he manifests googles from nothing and charges in for a final attack which defeats Lucci.

Making an Escape From Egghead Island
Luffy, Jimbei, Chopper, and the unconscious Bonney make an escape from the battleground to the upper floors to meet up with everyone in a vacuum rocket. After a while, when Sentomaru loses his consciousness, the CP0 takes the control of authority, and Lucci orders to shut down every possible way off of the island.
Meanwhile, in the Lab Phase area, the straw hats are concerned and happy that Vegapunk is getting off the Island with them where Nami says he will be a liability but Franky and Ussop are excited to have him onboard and Sanji is concerned about boots that they are wearing and asks Shakka to take them off.
The last panel of One Piece Chapter 1070 narrates Bonney again saying that she will kill Vegapunk if he doesn’t help her father restore. Whereas, Kizaru is on his way to Egghead Island and is bringing warships to stop the straw hats Vegapunk.
