Synopsis
Princess Qi Pa ( Wu Xuan Yi) wakes up only to realize that she has been abducted and taken into a whole new world that is completely different from the one she was used to. She had now been taken to a place that was surrounded by people of the Beast Turning Tribe – a world full of fantasy and abnormalities where normal-looking humans can turn into beasts.
What makes it worse is that she was kidnapped to become the wife of Kui Mu Lang (Chen Zhe Yuan), the Beast Tuning King. With her repeated attempts to escape, Qi Pa keeps encountering a man named Li Xiong. While the Beast King came out at night, Li Xiong accompanied her during the day. As Qi Pa spent more time in this surreal land, she began to discover more secrets of the Beast-Turning People.
She finally finds out that Li Xiong and Kui Mu Lang are, in fact, the same people, and as she gets to know the Beast King, she gradually begins falling in love with him. With a twist on the tale of Beauty and the Beast, will the Princess be able to find her storybook love and live happily ever after?
