Allison Holker Filed a Request for Half of Boss’ Assets After His Death
The Californian Law recites that a spouse is obliged to half the assets of their late partner and must file a petition in order to claim it. That’s what Allison Holker did since Boss left behind no will. She was granted access to half his current and future earnings, which included 100 percent ownership of Stephen Boss Productions (as per Us) and his Goldman Sachs investment account.
She stated that Boss had little to no valuable property when they got married, and no agreements were made between them at the time. If the widow was still married to their partner at the time of death, then she is eligible to claim her spouse’s property. As a result, she was allowed the assets due to her “property passing” right.
She believes honoring his memory will be an everyday thing, expressing her love for the immense impact he left behind- “I will always save the last dance for you.”
In her petition, Holker mentioned the several endeavors tWitch earned royalties from and requested the earnings to be portioned among her and their children. An insider source expressed how tWitch regarded his family as his number one priority and how he would be in full support of his wife claiming his assets.
