The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon Episode 1 Recap
In the first scene of “L’ame Perdue,” Daryl ishes up on a French beach. He boards a boat and begins to gather the essential items that a family that perished left behind. The search for a way to get back to the Commonwealth is then started by Daryl.
He encounters a group of walkers along the route who are unlike the ones he saw in his native country. A scorch mark is left on his arm when one of the walkers touches it. Nevertheless, he can finally lay the walkers to rest and continue his search, which brings him to Maribelle and Guillaume.
With them, he exchanges a medical kit for food. Two soldiers enter their conversation and attempt to harm Maribelle. To protect the latter, Daryl intervenes and murders the two soldiers with Maribelle’s assistance.
Maribelle and her grandfather attack him next, take his suitcase, and flee. Nun Isabelle drives him to her abbey. He meets Laurent at the abbey, where she takes care of him and allows him to recover from the assault.
According to a prophecy, Laurent is the next messiah who will guide humanity toward a brighter future, Isabelle explains to Daryl. However, Laurent needs to be transported to the Union of Hope, a different religious organization with a center in northern France.
