Thanks to Ritsu who used a hundred percent of his power was barely able to get to his brother. We even saw in the earlier bit of the episode that espers such as Suzuki and his son Sho could not stop him even after working together and decided to run away for their own good.
At the end of the episode, we saw Mob and his other personality have a conversation. The latter told him he was Shigeo Kageyama while the former is a fake who goes by the name of Mob.
